Booking is simple! Just fill out the form on our website HERE with your preferred date and event details. We’ll email you to confirm availability, discuss your vision, and finalize the details.
Is my date automatically reserved when I submit a request?
No, submitting a request does not guarantee your date. Once we receive your request, we will check availability and follow up via email to confirm.
What is required to secure my booking?
To officially reserve your date, you’ll need to: Sign our contract and Submit a deposit (amount to be determined). The remaining balance will be due on the day of your event.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance, especially for weddings and peak seasons. However, if your date is sooner, feel free to reach out—we may still have availability!
What type of events do you cater to?
We provide bar service for weddings, private parties, corporate events, festivals, and more! If you're hosting a gathering and want an unforgettable drink experience, we’re here for it.
What does your bar service include?

How much space do you need for setup?
We require a flat, accessible space of at least 10x15 feet to park and set up our mobile bar. If you’re unsure, let us know—we’re happy to help with logistics!
Do you travel outside of Cleveland?
Yes! We primarily serve Cleveland and surrounding areas, but we’re happy to travel. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the distance.
