At Borealis Mobile Bar Co., we create more than just drinks—we bring an elevated, immersive bar experience to your event. Whether you’re planning a cozy gathering or a grand celebration, we offer customized mobile bar packages to match your vision.
Included In Each Booking:
Cocktail Tasting: Between Jan - April we will meet to sample cocktails and plan your unique menu. Bartenders: insured, passionate, and licensed bartenders will take the floor when crafting cocktails for your event.
Supplies: includes cups for each cocktail or drink, straws, napkins, picks, garnishes, and an abundance of ice
Decor & More: We provide all decor pictured in our photos. This includes menu boards, and fixtures.
Ingredients: you name it- fresh fruits, herbs, spices, bitters, hand crafted mixers, infusions, and various add- ons
Basic Mixers: (Coke, Diet Coke, Tonic, Soda, Cranberry, Juice)
Soft Drinks & Water: Coke, Diet, Sprite, Ginger Ale / self serve water decanters
Alcohol ordering and delivery: We will place your alcohol order and have it delivered prior to your event.
Setup and tear down: We show up really early and leave late. We'll never leave until our chores are done.

Includes:
• Bar Service: We will service your indoor event with one of our indoor bars or with the bar already on location.
• 5 hours of service: We arrive on location 2-3 hours prior to your event and serve tasty cocktails for 5 hours starting at cocktail hour. (add on hours available)
• Wine and Beer service: Multiple draft beer taps, can or bottled beer, red and white wine
• Three Signature Craft Cocktails: Our bartenders will mix up your three favorite cocktails for your guest all night. We have a list of custom cocktails to choose from.
• Full Service Open Bar: Choose what additional liquors you would like behind the bar. We always provide your standard washes and mixers outside of your craft cocktails to make most drinks. Many clients select to have Titos, Jack Daniels, Gin etc...
• Alcohol ordering: We make this process very easy! Although alcohol is not included in our pricing, we will plan your order, place your order and even have it delivered. Leftovers after your event? No problem, we can return beer and wine for a credit.

Booking is simple! Just fill out the form on our website HERE with your preferred date and event details. We’ll email you to confirm availability, discuss your vision, and finalize the details.
Is my date automatically reserved when I submit a request?
No, submitting a request does not guarantee your date. Once we receive your request, we will check availability and follow up via email to confirm.
What is required to secure my booking?
To officially reserve your date, you’ll need to: Sign our contract and Submit a deposit (amount to be determined). The remaining balance will be due on the day of your event.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance, especially for weddings and peak seasons. However, if your date is sooner, feel free to reach out—we may still have availability!
What type of events do you cater to?
We provide bar service for weddings, private parties, corporate events, festivals, and more! If you're hosting a gathering and want an unforgettable drink experience, we’re here for it.
What does your bar service include?

Can you serve non-alcoholic drinks?
Absolutely! We offer signature mocktails, craft sodas, infused waters, and more for events where alcohol-free options are needed.
Do you offer custom cocktails?
Yes! We love creating signature drinks tailored to your theme, preferences, or even a special memory. Let us know your ideas, and we’ll craft something unique!
How much space do you need for setup?
We require a flat, accessible space of at least 10x15 feet to park and set up our mobile bar. If you’re unsure, let us know—we’re happy to help with logistics!
Do you travel outside of Cleveland?
Yes! We primarily serve Cleveland and surrounding areas, but we’re happy to travel. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the distance.
